Full Day Tour of Ephesus

Pick up from Kusadasi International Cruise Port. First stop will be the House of Mother Mary. It is believed that Virgin Mary spent her last years in this house, which is now used as a shrine and pilgrimage center for Catholics. Then we will drive to Ephesus Ancient City. Ephesus was one of the most important harbor cities in the antique world and also it is mentioned in the book of Revelations as one of the seven churches. Celsus Library, Temple of Hadrian, the fountain of Trajan, Great theater, Agora and Bouleuterion are the highlights of Ephesus Ancient City.  We will have lunch in a local Turkish restaurant. After lunch we will visit St. John’s Basilica which stands on the presumed tomb of the Apostle John.  The last stop of the tour will be the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, standing today next to Ephesus Ancient city. Transfer back to the port.
