Transfer to Cairo Airport for your morning flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, connect with your onward flight to Abu Simbel to visit the two magnificent temples built by Ramses the Great. These monumental temples were entirely relocated to their current position, 90 feet above their original site, in one of the greatest archaeological rescue operations in history, undertaken to protect them from the rising waters of the Nile following the construction of the Aswan High Dam in the early 1960s.

After your visit, fly back to Aswan, where our representative will meet you and transfer you to your Nile Cruise. Enjoy lunch on board as you begin your unforgettable Nile experience.

After your visit, continue sailing along the Nile towards Edfu.

Upon arrival, explore the remarkable Temple of Horus, the most perfectly preserved of all the Nile temples. On your way back to your Nile cruise, stop at the famed Colossi of Memnon, two monumental 66-foot, one-thousand-ton statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
